Order Status

How long before my order will ship out?

All orders are processed for shipping within 2 business days or less. From there, we wait for the courier to pick up your order to bring to you! Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. 

Expedited shipping on orders is for your order to be shipped expedited through USPS. This does not reflect that your order will be rushed through queue or processed sooner. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Bahmavani is always happy to take this request. We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped out of our warehouse already.

Any orders that have already been shipped out cannot be cancelled as these orders cannot be recalled back to the warehouse. Please reach out to our support team, at info@bahmavani.com, for more assitance in this matter.

How do I track my order?

Shipping & Delivery

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Why didn't I receive my package?

Return to sender- If you accidentally entered the wrong address location. If this is the case, your courier will mark your package “return to sender.” Reach out to us, We're happy to ship your order again!

Stolen- While your courier will do everything they can to ensure you get your Bahmavani order, there is always a possibility that your package could get stolen. This is why it’s very important for you to make sure that you track your package with your courier's tracker online so that you are available to receive it when it arrives. We are terribly sorry for your loss. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen product once delivered.

Misplaced- If your package says that it is delivered, and yet you can’t find it, please check with your neighbors to see if it accidentally got placed in the wrong location. Unfortunately, this does happen from time to time.

How long does shopping take?

All orders, regardless of shipping speed, are shipping out within 2 business days. Bahmavani's warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

 

Domestic orders typically take up to 8 business days from when they were shipped to be delivered (depending on where you are located).

 

FedEx Ground, as outlined by FedEx, delivers within 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.

 

FedEx 2 Day Delivery, as outlined by FedEx, delivers by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences).

 

FedEx Overnight, as outlined by FedEx, delivers the next business day.

 

International orders are typically delivered within 6-8 weeks pending customs and weather conditions (depending on where you are located).

 

Due to covid-19, all couriers are experiencing delays affecting all delivery times for customers worldwide. We are monitoring this closely to ensure that customers are receiving their products are quickly as possible during this pandemic.

Damaged & Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please email us a picture of your item(s) immediately to info@bahmavani.com


Exchanges: If for any reason you are not 100% in love with your lash products, MoxieLash accepts exchange requests within 30 days of order delivery. Exchanges are limited to once per order. Only items of the same type are eligible for exchange. If the items in the exchange request are not equal in price, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. Please note that free gifts are non-exchangeable.

How do I clean my lashes?

Cleaning your Lashes is quick and easy with these following steps:

 

After removing your lashes use a clean q-tip and our makeup remover (oil free micellar water works as well). You can clean your lashes with both precision and a gentle touch to remove any liner collected on the silicone band throughout the day. Gently swipe and roll the cleaner against the Lashes band to clean away liner residue from the end of your day. Once clean, return your Lashes to their case for storing until the next time you use them. 

For best results we do recommend cleaning your Lashes between each use. Avoid using any product with oil as an ingredient as this will cause damage to your Lashies products.
